Water, Future Memories is an 8-chapter fictional police thriller, which narrates the potential political and social conflicts surrounding freshwater exports from the glaciers in southern Chile, in the year 2030. Set in the landscapes of the Chilean-Ar- gentinean Patagonia, the series recaps the historical circum- stances and implications of the extraction of natural resources in the region, with a view to a dystopian future, where the wilderness is contrasted with an automated and globalized world, engaged in an urgent debate between the conservation and exploitation of its last hydric resources.

YEAR 2130. Baba’s underwater world. Vinci, a 10-year-old girl, adventurous and enthusiastic, together with her cousin Emi,
7 years old, withdrawn and fearful, find in the depths a golden disc sent by ancient civilizations. On it is projected what used to be known as ‘poetry’ and reminds them of that forgotten language, awakening them to creativity and adventure through parallel realities and dream worlds with some curious abyssal octopuses.

A simple and charismatic woman arrives in Calepa, a coastal town in the Atacama Desert, Chile, in search of work; she wants to leave behind an abusive past. But her presence attracts a murderer who roams the area and who will soon torment her, leading the police to get involved without being able to catch him. The outlaw prepares and confronts him, causing the death of innocents and revealing along the way, her true agenda towards this place.

In 1979, at the height of the Chilean military dictatorship, a six-year-old boy disappeared in the district of Providencia. All the media coverage and attention were turned to the case and the country was shocked by it. Eleven days later, the child was found dead nearby. After 40 years, the mysterious nature of the Anfruns case is not fully clear, but everything points to an abduction that may have been the result of an erratic opera- tion, to resolve internal conflicts between two military intelli- gence agencies: the CNI and the DINA.

Clara (29), a literature teacher suffering from panic attacks, returns to her parents’ house after breaking up with her boyfriend Miguel (35). Clara grieves, obsessed with Miguel. Her family goes on holiday and she stays to look after her sick and depressed grandmother Bernarda (78). Thus, she begins, reluctantly, a friendship and a complicity that unfolds during a hard process of mutual learning. Clara overcomes her fear of water by taking swimming lessons, says goodbye to Miguel, and helps Bernarda to end her mourning over her husband’s disappearance, in an intense and symbolic journey to the sea just before leaving.

Sex(i) is a testimonial documentary series in which we will review female sexuality from an anthropological, educational and emotional point of view. Under the narrative gaze of a voice-over, we will take a journey that will lead us through different cultural scenarios showing us female testimonies about their sexuality, inviting us to observe and understand the different forms of female sexuality. 

“Manuel Medel is a discharged military man with terminal cancer, he decides to travel to the north of Chile to meet Helena Domínguez to tell her that he shot her husband during the Pinochet dictatorship. Arriving in Tal Tal, Manuel begins the funeral arrangements and looks for a way to get closer to Helena, helping her to renovate her restaurant. As they become intimate, confessing his crime to her becomes more difficult.”

Two parallel stories. Carla (25), is a young war veteran who suffers from post-war trauma and feels that she is a burden to her beloved family, so she tries to end her own life. After an unsuccessful attempt, she will search online for a partner to accomplish her task. Samuel (27), is a wealthy young man, who has fallen into a deep depression after losing his mother and girlfriend in a tragic accident. He meets Carla online and together they embark on a journey to the desert in search of a plant called Jimson weed, which is lethal in high doses. The trip will bring them together, as well as many surprises and great fulfillment. In the end, we will see if they were able to accom- plish their task.

Antú, a young screenwriter frustrated by an immense creative blockage, seeks the solution by immersing himself in a dra- matic multi-layered journey through the fictional worlds of his creation. In it, it is his own characters who will try to solve his dark reality.
